ODYSSEY LOGGERS - PRODUCT CHANGE
Loggers manufactured after January 1st 2009 will have a red LED status indicator fitted behind the battery termination board. When it is on, this LED will be visible through the board. It will flash to
indicate the following conditions.

2 quick flashes
1 quick flash
1 long flash
no flashes or any other communication

when power is reapplied to the logger after a power-off period of at least 30 seconds
after the START RECORDING command has been sent and the logger passes a self test
each time a data reading is taken in RECORDING mode
self test failed. This could be due to a faulty sensor or a flat battery
logger fault
